02 Equipment Advantages

Every stride toward excellence embodies accumulated pioneering efforts, and demonstrates advanced equipment as well as robust R&D and innovation capabilities.The company is equipped with professional cold rolling processing facilities for strip production, including Sendzimir 20-high reversible rolling mills, 4-high reversible rolling mills, continuous bright annealing furnaces for titanium and titanium alloys, and continuous bright annealing furnaces for special stainless steels and nickel-based alloys. In addition, we operate 20 fully automatic GTAW welded tube production lines dedicated to titanium & titanium alloy welded tubes, special stainless steel and nickel-based alloy welded tubes, all adopting domestically leading welding processes and technical equipment available today.At present, the annual output of titanium, titanium alloy and nickel-based alloy strips and plates exceeds 10,000 tons, while the annual output of titanium, titanium alloy and nickel-based alloy welded tubes surpasses 6,000 tons.
